Tannahill Cottage

Tannahill Cottage Tannahill Cottage was the home of Paisley’s weaver, poet, and songwriter Robert Tannahill. Born in 1774, he died in 1810. This quaint cottage in Queen Street is today home to the Paisley Burns Club, founded on 29th January 1805 and the Tannahill Macdonald Club founded in 1874. Both hold their meetings inside the cottage. The cottage is not open to the public however access can be arranged if required.
